I have not received the Courseware, what should I do?

You should receive your courseware within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of your enrollment.  


We also send a WhatsApp message on your registered mobile number informing you the date on which the materials were dispatched and the contents of the consignment. In the same message, you can also find the tracking ID and the URL of the logistics company so that you can track live the whereabouts of your Courseware.



If your books are delivered, we get confirmation from the logistics company about the same. Immediately we will send you another WhatsApp message intimating you of the delivery.





In case you haven’t received the material we request you to first check with your watchman/security guard, family members or neighbors whether they have received the courseware on your behalf. If you are certain that the material is not delivered even after 7 working days, you can raise a ticket on the Help Desk with a detailed description. We will immediately look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
