I have joined the myPLAN session but the mentor has not joined. How to connect with the mentor?

While it’s a rare occurrence, mentors might occasionally face emergencies or technical challenges that prevent them from joining the session. In such cases, they will proactively communicate with you.

How to Resolve the Situation?

  1. Look for Mentor Communication:

    • Check your Telegram messages.
    • Review your registered email inbox for updates.
  2. Didn’t Receive Any Communication? Take These Steps:

    • Reach out to the mentor via their Telegram ID (shared during onboarding).
    • Post your concern in your batch Telegram group for immediate assistance.
