How to Access the Doubt Portal:

  1. Login to the LMS Portal:

    • Use your registered mobile number and password to log in at LMS Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Doubts Section:

    • Once logged in, go to the Doubts Section on the dashboard.

  3. Post Your Doubts:

    • Click on the Pen Icon button.

    • Fill in the required details such as:

      • Title: A short description of your doubt.

      • Details: Provide a clear explanation of the issue.

      • Subject and Chapter Name: Categorize your doubt for quicker resolution.

      • Attachment (Optional): Upload images or diagrams if needed.

    • Submit your doubt for review.

How to Make the Best Use of the Doubt Portal:

  1. Be Specific and Clear: Clearly describe your doubt with relevant details to help mentors provide accurate solutions.

  2. Upload Quality Images: If attaching images, make sure they are high-quality and readable to avoid delays in resolution.

  3. Check Resolved Doubts: Explore previously resolved doubts in the portal, as they may help answer similar questions.

  4. Respond Quickly: If mentors need more clarification, respond promptly to their queries for a faster resolution.

  5. Consistent Use: Regularly post doubts as you progress through topics to stay on track with your learning.

Other Ways to Clear Academic Doubts:

  1. Telegram Groups:

    • Join your batch-specific Telegram group where you can interact with mentors and peers.

    • Share your doubts and receive quick responses from the group.

  2. Offline Doubt-Solving Sessions:

    • For Hybrid and Classroom Program students, offline doubt-solving sessions are conducted at the center after subject completion. These sessions allow for one-on-one interaction with mentors.

By using these resources effectively, you can ensure that no doubt goes unresolved, helping you strengthen your understanding and boost your preparation.
