Please follow the below given steps below to avoid AI Interview unauthorized error:
- Log out from the MyIMS Portal and close all browser tabs.
- Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Delete Browsing Data.
- Select All Time as the time range.
- Tick all options, including Cookies, and click Delete Data.
- Close the browser completely and relaunch it again.
- Open the MyIMS Portal, log in, and click on AI Interview.
- A page will appear showing the ID and Password — copy these credentials before proceeding.
- Click on Login with Scalar.
- Paste the copied ID and Password and log in.
