Follow the below steps to find your online class schedule, attend live classes and watch class recordings effortlessly. Below are the steps to access from your Desktop/PC. You can also do the same from your myIMS3.0 App.
Steps to View Your Online Batch Schedule
Log in to myIMS 3.0
Use your credentials to access the https://myimsv3.imsindia.com/Locate Your Batch Channel
Scroll down on the homepage until you find the "CHANNEL" with your batch name.
Access Your Schedule
Click on the tab with your batch name in channel to find two tabs "Completed" and "Upcoming". Click on "Upcoming" to view the next week's upcoming online session schedule. Online class schedules for each month will be uploaded a few days before the beginning of a month.
Steps to Join the Live Class:
Click on Watch Live
On the day of your live class, you will find the below option 10 minutes before the class start time. Upon clicking "Watch Live", you will get a pop-up screen where you will be prompted to enter a password. The passcode to access the live class is live@ims.
This will take you to a Zoom screen where you can join the live class.
To ask any doubts in the class you can use the Chat option rather than the Q&A option. Your mentor will either immediately address your doubts or collectively address all doubts at the end of the class.
Steps to Access Live Class Recordings:
Access Recorded Sessions
Click on your batch name to view the list of all available recorded sessions under the "Completed' tab. You will find a list of classes arranged according to the Module that the topic was under. Each class with its name, topic, date conducted will be mentioned as shown below.
Click Play Video: Select the class recording you wanted to watch and click on Play Video. This will open up a pop-up window as shown below. You can click on the "Okay" button.
Enter the Passcode
The passcode to access the recordings is live@ims. Use it to unlock and view your sessions on Zoom
